All marketing majors are required to complete at least 44 credit hours of business courses. The marketing major plan of study includes 12 credit hours of required marketing courses, and 6 credit hours of marketing electives:
MKTG 3101 – Introduction to Marketing Management
MKTG 3208 – Consumer Behavior (course must be taken at UConn)
MKTG 3260 – Marketing Research (course must be taken at UConn)
MKTG 3362 – Marketing Planning and Strategy (course must be taken at UConn)
Two MKTG electives (3000-4000 level)
